Welcome to Devize! Here, we do things differently – think less red tape and more red carpets for your brand's identity. Before we kickstart this creative riot, there are a few ground rules to cover. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are the playbook for how we interact so give them a once-over, will ya?

By accessing or using our services, you're agreeing to these Terms, which is kind of like shaking hands with us but digitally. If you're not on board with anything here, it's best we part ways now.

Your Work & Your Rights

• Intellectual Property: Your ideas remain yours, and our ideas remain ours. When we collaborate, we'll create something new, and we'll agree on who owns what before we start. Fair's fair.
• Usage: When you share your project details with us, you're giving us the green light to use them to create the magic you're paying us for. We won't use your project for anything outside of what we agree upon.

Our Services

• Scope of Work: We'll agree on what we're doing together before we start. This way, we both know what to expect.
• Revisions and Feedback: We love feedback, and we're cool with making changes. But, let's agree on how many rounds of revisions are included upfront to avoid an endless loop of tweaks.
• Payment: Let's talk money upfront. We'll tell you what our services cost, and we expect to be paid on time. No surprises.

Use of Our Website

• Play Nice: Our website is our digital home. Treat it with respect. No hacking and no stealing.
• Content: What you see on our site is ours, from the words to the designs. Enjoy it, but don't take it home without asking.

Termination

We can part ways at any time if things aren't working out. If you violate these Terms, we may have to show you the door. Hopefully, it doesn't come to that.

Liability & Warranty

We promise to give you our best, but sometimes even the best isn't perfect. We can't be held responsible for every hiccup along the way. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us.

Changes to Terms

These Terms might need an update now and then. We'll post the new version on this page. By sticking around, you're agreeing to the new Terms.
